Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses the entire wash gene. The coding sequence carries a point mutation (W498S) in a conserved residue; mutation of the equivalent residue in a mammalian ortholog has been shown to abolish binding to Arp2/3. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with GFP.
