Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of dlp amino acids 53-723, tagged at the N-terminal end with a Tag:SS(BiP) signal sequence and at the C-terminal end with a Tag:V5 epitope. The dlp protein produced is secreted and lacks the glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI) membrane anchor.
