Description

Transgenic construct that encodes two divergently transcribed reporters, GFP and lacZ, with each reporter being driven by its own copy of the eve basal promoter (-275 to +106bp relative to the eve transcription start site) and also encoding the eve 3'UTR (+1300 to +1525bp). λ DNA sequence has been inserted in between the two divergent promoters.
