Description

UASt regulatory sequences are fused upstream of the Tag:SS(nec) signal sequence followed by the Aβ1-42 peptide sequence. The Aβ protein produced contains an additional glutamine (Q) residue (the last residue of the Tag:SS(nec) signal sequence) at the N-terminus compared to the expected Aβ1-42 peptide sequence.
