Description

The Ubi-p63E promoter drives expression of a deleted form of pita that lacks both the core 13 amino acid residues that are necessary for pita to bind with Cp190 and also amino acids 95-165 (a second region that interact with Cp190 protein). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
