Description

An Hsp70 promoter drives expression of the pita linker region (amino acids 94-285), in which both the core 13 amino acid residues that are necessary for pita to bind with Cp190 and also amino acids 95-165 (a second region that interact with Cp190 protein) have been deleted, fused in-frame with the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain.
