Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of an internally deleted form of Incenp; sequence encoding amino acids 59-72 (the spindle transfer domain) has been deleted. In addition, eight silent mutations have been introduced into the region corresponding to amino acids 437-441; this renders the construct resistant to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.GL00279}.
