Description

A reporter consisting of five Tag:BoxB hairpins placed between pLUC and lacZ sequences. When co-expressed with Tag:λN22-fusion proteins, the Tag:BoxB/Tag:λN22 interaction will artificially tether the protein at a central location within the transcript.
