A 787bp fragment encoding the hb proximal enhancer and P2 promoter drives expression of lacZ followed by an αTubulin 3'UTR. 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted in the 5'UTR. 24 copies of the Tag:PP7 stem loop have been inserted in the 3'UTR.
