Description

Transgenic construct designed to study transvection in vivo. Contains a 100bp minimal eve promoter fused upstream of lacZ followed by the αTub84B 3'UTR. 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop are present in the 5'UTR. A single gypsy insulator is present upstream of the eve promoter.
