Description

Genomic fragment (from the BACN04M10 BAC clone) that encompasses aub expressed under the control of its own promoter. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry five Arg to Lys amino acid substitutions in the N-terminal region (this is expected to result in a methylation-deficient form of aub). A GFP tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the open reading frame.
