Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Cals open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. The ORF was amplified from the UFO05919 cDNA clone. The ORF is flanked by a pair of incompatible FRT sites (FRT5 and FRT2), which allows for future in vivo exchange of either the promoter or tag sequence.

UASt regulatory sequences are fused upstream of the Cals open reading frame. The ORF was amplified from the UFO05919 cDNA clone, which was designed to add a Tag:HA epitope at the C-terminal end of the expressed protein, but no detectable Tag:HA expression is seen from this transgene.
