Scer\GAL4DIP-α.A8 drives expression in three leg muscle motor neurons: two targeting long tendon muscles, one in the femur, which targets the femur-long tendon muscle (femoral pretarsal depressor muscle motor neuron) and one in the tibia, which targets the tibia-long tendon muscle (tibial pretarsal depressor muscle motor neuron). Scer\GAL4DIP-α.A8 also drives expression in two rows of segmentally repeating larval motor neurons.
