Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein in which both the CXC domain and low-complexity C-terminal domain (CTD) of msl-2 have been replaced with the CXC and CTD domains of Hsap\MSL2 (amino acid residues 457-577). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 3xTag:FLAG.
