Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of dpp that is tagged with both sfGFP (a fast maturing green fluorescent protein) and mKate2 (a slow maturing red fluorescent protein). The different maturation kinetics of the two fluorescent proteins allows the turnover of the tagged dpp protein to be analyzed.
