Description

The αTub67C promoter drives expression of the full-length borr open reading frame (amplified from the LD36125 cDNA clone), tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP. Silent mutations have been introduced into the borr coding sequence (GCG GTG TTC to GCC GTC TTT), to confer resistance to RNAi mediated by the P{TRiP.HMC04381} transgene.
