Description

The GMR24B02 fragment is fused upstream of a Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) followed by sequence encoding a lexA::GAD driver containing an extended version of the Scer\GAL4 activation domain ('GADfl'). The fusion protein is tagged with a Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) nuclear localisation signal.
