Description

Constitutively expresses two sgRNAs (AAGCTGCCGCCATAACCAAA and GGCAAAATAAATTGTGGATG), both of which target the 5'UTR of the TAHRE transposable element. One of the sgRNAs (GGCAAAATAAATTGTGGATG) also targets the TAHRE 3'UTR.
