Description

P{UAS-CkaRNAi-B.C911} contains UAS regulatory sequences driving expression of an off-target sequence-specific control for the P{UAS-Cka.RNAi-B} line. Contains an inverted repeat of GCGAGTTCGAGTTAAATAATT which corresponds to the repeat sequence present in P{UAS-Cka.RNAi-B} but with bases 9-11 replaced by their complementary bases ('C911 mismatch') to destroy perfect matching to Cka (expected to prevent knockdown of Cka by P{UAS-CkaRNAi-B.C911}) but leaving the siRNA seed region intact (maintaining knockdown by P{UAS-CkaRNAi-B.C911} of any off-targets of P{UAS-Cka.RNAi-B}).
