Description

Transgenic construct in which a ubiquitin promoter drives expression of a multiplexed ribozyme-gRNA-ribozyme (RGR) cassette, in which each gRNA is flanked by self-cleaving ribozymes (hammerhead ribozyme 5' and HDV ribozyme 3'). The transgene encodes two RGR cassettes: the first targets w and the second targets y.
