Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of dsh lacking the PDZ domain (amino acids 1-117 and 324-623 are present). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:Myr(Src64B) myristoylation signal and at the C-terminal end with 3xTag:HA.
