Description

P{ET-Cas9.GU} represents a transgenic construct generated in vivo, where the homology assisted CRISPR knock-in (HACK) method has been used to convert a GAL4-encoding enhancer trap line into an enhancer trap that encodes Cas9, but where the exact nature of the enhancer trap construct present in the progenitor GAL4 line was unknown.
