Description

Positive control transgene. Contains a complete copy of the gypsy retrotransposon (flanked by P-element ends) with EGFP inserted in the antisense direction in the non-coding sequence of gypsy. EGFP protein can be expressed even in the absence of mobilization of the gypsy element in the transgene.
