Description

Contains a w+* marker (the marker sequence includes the Wari insulator located downstream of the w coding sequence) and seven repeats of the 1.688 satellite (the repeats were isolated from downstream of CG1840). UAS sequences have been added upstream of the 1.688 satellite repeat at a position equivalent to 282bp upstream of the CG1840 transcription end.
