Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the N-terminal kinase domain of Rok, mutated to carry a K116G amino acid substitution (this abolishes catalytic activity), fused to the VHH(GFP4) nanobody. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
