Description

Two copies of the eve stripe 2 enhancer fragment (containing five high-affinity bcd-binding sites) and the eve promoter are separated from sequence encoding the N intracellular domain by an FRT cassette containing a transcription termination sequence. eve 3'UTR sequence is present downstream of the N coding sequence.
