Description

An approximately 10.8kb genomic fragment, extending from +360 to -10421 from the gt transcription start site is fused upstream of lacZ. Mutations have been introduced into three sites within the gt fragment to allow signals from the transgene to be distinguished from the endogenous gt locus in ChIP-qPCR assays. In addition, mutations have been introduced into two consensus pho-phol protein binding sites within the 'PRE1.1' region of the gt fragment.
