Description

Construct used to study the role of the transcriptional state of a gene in recruitment of Polycomb-group genes to Polycomb response elements. Contains a 10.8kb genomic fragment that extends from +360 to -10421 relative to the gt transcription start site, in which the TATA box, Inr and DPE have been mutated to prevent transcription. This gt fragment is upstream of lacZ.
