Description

13xlexAop regulatory sequences (from pJFRC19) drive expression of SNAPf-tag that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(pat-3) signal peptide and Tag:HA and at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC and then a Tag:M(CD4-Unk) transmembrane domain, such that SNAPf-tag is located extracellularly.
