Description

The FRT10 cassette has been excised, allowing the10x UAS regulatory sequences to drive expression of 3 tandem copies of the Halo7-tag chemical reporter, tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:PM(hKRAS) plasma membrane targeting sequence. The L21 5'UTR and the P10 3'UTR (shown to increase translational efficiency) are also present.
