UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of three sgRNAs (TAAATTCCACACTCGAACCATGG, TGGCTGGGGCTTGCGGGCGCTGG and GCTTTGCAGCAGTCCGGCTAAGG) that each target Y-specific repeats: the sgRNAs are predicted to cut 66 times in the Y centromeric 18HT repeats.
