UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of four sgRNAs (CTCCCCTAACACGTCCTGCCAGG, TGCTTCGAGGACTTGGCCCGCGG, TGGCTGGGGCTTGCGGGCGCTGG and ACTTTGAACCAAGTATTTAGAGG) that each target Y-specific repeats: the sgRNAs are predicted to cut 223 times in the Su(Ste) repeats.
