Description

A tubulin promoter drives expression of Vang carrying two amino acid substitutions. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP. (FlyBase curator comment: the mutations in the Vang gene are given as S120A and S122A in FBrf0232847, however analysis of the release 6.53 annotated gene model indicates the change to be S117A and S119A).
