Description

UASt regulates expression of Vang carrying three amino acid substitutions within the FKxY motif. The protein is tagged with 3xTag:FLAG. (FlyBase curator comment: the mutations in the Vang gene are given as FKYY to AAYA starting at residue 371 in FBrf0257118, however analysis of the release 6.53 annotated gene model indicates the changes to be FKYY to AAYA starting at residue 368).
