Description

A tubulin promoter drives expression of Vang carrying a single amino acid replacement. The protein is tagged with 3xTag:FLAG. (FlyBase curator comment: the mutation in the Vang gene is given as Y374A in FBrf0257118, however analysis of the release 6.53 annotated gene model indicates the change to be Y371A).
