Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the RagA-B coding region, mutated to carry a T16N amino acid substitution (this results in a protein that is GDP bound and inactive), and tagged at the C-terminal end with 3xTag:HA. The transgene has been rendered resistant to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.HMS01064} by the introduction of synonymous mutations in the P{TRiP.HMS01064} target sequence.
