FlyBase curator comment: Renamed from 'RagA' to 'RagA-B' because: (i) FBrf0206266 (which has precedence) refers to it as 'RagB'; and (ii) although FBrf0206857 refers to it as 'RagA', the authors also say that "CG11968 is most closely homologous to... mammalian RagA and RagB".
FlyBase curator comment: Correspondence with author Goraksha revealed that 'Gtr1' = CG11968.
Named "RagA-B" after the human orthologs.
