The αTub84B promoter drives expression of an N-terminally deleted form of the Wnk coding sequence that lacks amino acid residues 1-259 (numbering relative to the start codon of the annotated Wnk-PO isoform). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
