Description

His2A proximal regulatory sequence (extends from 749bp upstream of the start codon) is fused upstream of the coding sequence of His2A, that is tagged at the C-terminal end (via a linker sequence) with mRFP1. A 1905bp fragment that contains the His3.3A 3'UTR is present downstream of the His2A sequence.
