Description

Transgenic construct used to study a Polycomb response element (PRE). A loxP cassette that contains a sub-fragment of the Polycomb response element (PRE) from upstream of the mouse Evx2 gene (MGI:MGI:95462) in the HoxD complex is inserted upstream of a w+mC marker.
