Description

UASp sequences regulate expression of Osat\TIR1 carrying the F74G point mutation; this protein is designed for use in the enhanced auxin-inducible degron 2 (AID2) system (see PMID:33177522). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end (via a VDSGSAASG linker) with Tag:HA.
