Description

The native bcd regulatory region drives expression of EGFP coding region, tagged at the C-terminal end with a Tag:NLS(tra) nuclear localization signal (this sequence is followed by a STOP codon). bcd 5' and 3' UTRs are present. Some bcd coding sequence is present downstream of the Tag:NLS(tra) signal, but the STOP codon that follows Tag:NLS(tra) is designed prevent translation of this bcd coding sequence.
