Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of the Ig domains (amino acids 1-251) of dpr10 fused to the transmembrane domain and C terminus of Hsap\CD4. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(BiP) signal sequence and with Tag:V5.
