Description

Eight copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been introduced into the end of the 3'UTR of a full-length HeT-A element in which the HeT-A\gag protein is tagged with Tag:HA and Tag:FLAG (HeT-A\gagUAS.Tag:HA,Tag:FLAG) and in which the hairpin sequence in the HeT-A 3'UTR has been mutated.
