Description

8kb genomic fragment that encompasses osk. The two smg-responsive elements (SREs), one in the coding sequence and one in the 3'UTR, have been mutated; the SRE sequence in the coding sequence has been mutated without altering the encoded amino acid sequence. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 6 His residues followed by 3xTag:HA.
