Description

Transgenic construct used to study a potential chromatin boundary element in an enhancer blocker assay. Contains a w enhancer, separated from a w minigene by a loxP cassette that includes a 1136bp fragment from the intergenic region between ey and bt. A scs' insulator is located downstream of the w minigene.
