UASt sequences regulate expression of the Rtnl1 coding region, mutated to carry a number of amino acid substitutions in the LC3-interacting region (residues 5-8 from FDEL to ADEA, residues 417-420 from WRDV to ARDA, residues 455-458 from FGTV to AGTA, residues 463-466 from YKSV to AKSA, residues 482-485 from YLEL to ALEA, residues 527-530 from FGVI to AGVA).
