Transgenic construct used to study the role of the gypsy insulator in transvection. The construct contains elements in the following order: gypsy insulator - an FRT cassette containing the vg boundary enhancer (vgBE) - a loxP cassette containing the Hsp70 minimal promoter - EGFP. It also contains a w+mC marker.
