Description

dj regulatory elements (promoter and 5'UTR) drive expression of Venus that is tagged at the N-terminal end with a plasma membrane localization signal (Tag:M(mCd8a)). The Tag:M(mCd8a) tag is followed by a 40 amino acid residue fragment from Hsap\PARP1, with the caspase site DEVD mutated to DEVG to render it non-functional. The Cyt-c-d 3'UTR is also present.
