Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of lncRNA:roX2 sequence. It consists of two lncRNA:roX2 fragments: a fragment that contains the ASL and R2H5 regions (inverted compared to the wild-type orientation, except that the orientation of roX2 box 2 within the inverted R2H5 sequence has been restored to that of wild-type) and a fragment that contains the R2H1 region (inverted compared to the wild-type orientation).
